OVERVIEW

Directeur LLC ("Directeur") and its Immobilier Funds ("Immobilier") were formed in 2003 by James Mott and Scott DeGoler to invest, entitle and develop real estate in the Western United States. Immobilier Funds are private placement funds managed by Directeur, focusing on properties where significant value can be created through below market acquisitions, perfecting or changing land entitlement, improving upon the land plan, resolving physical issues, and developing the properties. This development focus is more specific to "in-fill" development and redevelopment of commercial and "workforce" attached and detached housing in the Western United States. The scarcity of buildable land combined with long, expensive commute times is forcing the workforce to look at living closer to their jobs or commercial centers.  We believe through this creative development, Directeur can do its share to make this a better planet.
